The Preamble
Parliament Chai started on a simple idea: the best decisions in any Indian town aren't made in offices, they're made over a kulhad, standing at a counter, mid-argument with a neighbour. We built a brand around that habit.

The House Rule
Every counter runs by the same rule — an "Order Paper" instead of a menu, hand-brewed chai served in clay, and a seat for whoever's got something to say. No shortcuts, no compromise on the recipe.
